  • Defective Items: Refunds are available for merchandise found to be defective upon receipt.
  • Unshipped Orders: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel and request a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Ammunition (due to safety concerns)
    • Items that have been transferred or used (firearms considered used upon transfer)

Important Notes

  • Firearm Returns: Please inspect all firearms carefully before transfer. Once transferred, they cannot be returned for a refund but can be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
